If it is determined that you meet the criteria for a refund, we will issue a refund for the amount paid for our advertising services, excluding any ad spend costs incurred during the campaign.

Please note that refunds will only be issued for the fees associated with our advertising services and will not include any costs related to ad spend on advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).

Refund Limitations:

  • Refunds are subject to verification of campaign performance metrics and adherence to the terms outlined in this policy.
  • Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original transaction.
  • Superior Ad Marketing reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria or are deemed fraudulent or in violation of our terms of service.
